Gigantic Snow Figure Depicts Old-Time Skier

Item

To supply the “theme” for a winter carnival at Dartmouth-College, a huge ski jumper was sculptured in snow. Said to be the tallest snow figure yet attempted at the carnival, the snowman is the work of “Chick” Weisker of Newbury, Vt., and portrays the famor Heyderdahl, a ski jumper in the Norwegian army.
