Expert marksmen are being turned out rapidly for Uncle Sam with the aid of a compact and self-contained “rifle range” invented by Corporal Paul H. Fidelman of the Marine Corps. It’s designed to teach soldiers to fire accurately in one-tenth the normal time required for training.
