Civilian Plane Spotting System Set Up on Northeast Coast

Item

To plot the approach of enemy planes, a warning system is being organized. in the northeastern states similar to that used in Great Britain. Volunteers will note and report to their nearest control points the course, altitude and type of spotted planes, and from there the information will be relayed to fighting bases.
