Incendiary Sabotage "Pencil" Produces Intense Flame

Incendiary bombs, made up like fountain pens, are receiving attention of law enforcement officials in connection with national defense problems. During the first World War such bombs, which produce flames hot enough to burn through steel, were used in sabotage activities and caused untold damage to Europe-bound cargoes.
