Hauling the huge control cars for the six 404,000 cubic foot airships being constructed for the United States Navy was a big problem even for movers of heavy equipment. The control cars are being built at Akron, O., by Goodyear Aircraft Corporation, and as each is completed it must be transported some 10 miles to the assembly dock where the ship's envelope is installed. For this ride the control car is loaded onto a stout trailer on which a special cradle designed to receive it has been built,
