Light on Life-Jacket Lapel Helps Save Men at Sea

Item

More than 400 men, it is said, have been saved from a watery grave by a new lapel torch that is worn on the life jacket. Its glowing red bulb leads rescue vessels to men who otherwise might not be found in a dark sea. Every British scaman will wear the torch.
