Description (Dublin Core): Half-bust portrait of Carlo Alberto among clouds and under it the inscription "VIVA CARLO ALBERTO! VIVA LA SUA COSTITUZIONE!" [Long live Carlo Alberto! Long live his constitution!]. Under that, the long text of the Constitution framed by oak leaves with acorns (left hand side) and laurel leaves with berry (right hand side) wreaths, connected by a ribbon at the bottom, and 12 flags with mast, 6 on each side. Everything in black and white beside the borders of the cotton surface, which are decorated whit a tricolor (red, white, green) frame.
