Grazioli, mint to celebrate an episode of the so called "Cinque giornate di Milano" [The five days of Milan] whic is the Porta Tosa battle. Obverse: Perspective view of Corso di Porta Tosa, (now Corso Vittoria), with in foreground a barricade, during the fighting.
Reverse: Inscription framed by an oak and a laurel wreaths.
