Caption: "America's latest sea fighter, the "Oklahoma" steaming over the trial course off Rockland, Maine. The dreadnaught, a sister of the "Nevada", has a lenght of 575 feet, a 95-foot beam, and a displacement of 27,500 tons. Its armament consists of ten 14-inch and 21 five inch-guns, and four submerged 21-inch torpedo tubes. Oil is used as fuel and the engines are designed to develop 24,800 horsepower. During a recent run it attained a speed of more than 25 miles an hour."
