To train ground crews in
the operation of a B-1T's
engines, the Boeing Fly-
ing Fortress School, at Se-
attle, has built an “engine-
run house” (above) where
students sit in a model
cockpit and learn to han-
dle the engine controls.
Through a window, the
students can observe the
action of engines mount-
ed on a wing outside.
