Just given its test flights at Berlin, where it was built, the “Chaser 71" as it has been named, is a shoulder-decker with a_fifty-nine foot wingspread and weighs 375 pounds. It can take off from either land or water after a short run, having a starting speed of fifty to fifty-six miles an hour.
