More effective and widespread damage by air raiders is believed possible with a new kind of “cluster” aerial bomb invented by Jacob Baker, of Cleveland, O., who has sent a model and blueprints of his misile to authorities in Washington. It consists of a large bomb with six smaller ones clustered about it in such a way that they may be released from the “mother” bomb at any predetermined height.
