Part of "Flying Fortress" in England Is Effective on Long Raids

Well-armed to fight its way through the skies against hostile aircraft, the American-made Boeing “flying fortress” is building up an enviable record in long-distance flights to carry out raiding assignments. The powerful four-motored aircraft, used by England’s Royal Air Force, contains the automatic bomb sight, and it flies in the sub-stratosphere out of reach of most enemy interceptor planes.
