Efficient ground-strafing power is claimed for a new multi-barrel gun designed for installation in an airplane. Experts say a novice gunner can learn its operation in a short time. The gun is operated electrically, will not jam and fires 15 shots with a single push of a button. Solid shot, shrapnel, gas shells or flares may be fired, and it is said that a single plane armed with this gun could virtually wipe out an entire squadron below.
